Hi Chris, Try setting the Rob Ctl=Inc-Wink-200. I have had several cases where the telco specified "wink-start" but the MAX's insisted on Inc-W 200. Even though you may show LA on the trunk, incorrect Rob settings will cause busy signal. Also, is the busy signal fast or slow? - David -----Original Message----- From: Chris Cook [mailto:ccook at tcworks.net] Sent: Tuesday, May 15, 2001 10:39 AM To: ascend-users at max.bungi.com Subject: (ASCEND) MAX 4000 busy signals Hello all, We have a MAX 4000 that we have used in the past for some of our SWBell PRI lines, we moved it to be used in another POP that is fed by Alltel Channelized T1's. Unfortunately now the MAX 4000 will answer the call but then give a busy signal, the Sessions window shows "Answer" then the channels go to rr and then cc and then reset back to --. I don't know why it appears that two lines are being picked up when calling in "rr,cc,--" and then I get busies. I know the line is good because I tested it with some other equipment (Portmaster 3), I have set the line config as follows: Line 2... x >Sig Mode=Inband x NFAS ID num=N/A x Rob Ctl=Wink-Start x Switch Type=N/A x Framing Mode=ESF x Encoding=B8ZS x FDL=None x Length=N/A x Buildout=0 dB x Clock Source=Yes x Collect DNIS/ANI=N/A x Pbx Type=N/A x Delete Digits=N/A x Add Number=N/A x Call-by-Call=N/A T1-PRI:PRI # Type=Unknown x T1-PRI:NumPlanID =ISDN x Ans #=N/A x Ans Service=N/A x Input Sample count=N/A x Send Disc=0 x Ch 1=Switched x Ch 1 #= x Ch 1 Slot=0 x Ch 1 Prt/Grp=0 x Ch 1 TrnkGrp=N/A x Ch 2=Switched x Ch 2 #= x Ch 2 Slot=0 line shows this: 10-200 1234567890 L2/LA ---------- 12345678901234 -------------- Any help would be very much appreciated! -- Chris The Computer Works ISP http://www.tcworks.net ++ Ascend Users Mailing List ++ To unsubscribe: send unsubscribe to ascend-users-request at bungi.com Archives: http://www.nexial.com/mailinglists/ ++ Ascend Users Mailing List ++ To unsubscribe: send unsubscribe to ascend-users-request at bungi.com Archives: http://www.nexial.com/mailinglists/
