Troy, how do I send a break to the MAX with Hyperterminal. What is the key combination for a break. I've tried using the CTRL key with every other key and other than refreshing the display, nothing else happens. I've only done this on a 4000 box, which requires a jumper setting. IIRC, the 6000 series will enter NINDY by sending a break during POST. If this doesn't work, hopefully someone else on the list can help out before you get stuck calling Lucent for support. If you do do a NINDY, you'll need a terminal emulator capable of xmodem file transfer. Hyperterm works fine, as does CRT.
